The Human Side of Business

We have more than enough scientific studies to prove it: happy, healthy and collaborative teams are more successful. This means that a strong and positive company culture is not a cherry on top of the cake. If we want to build successful teams, we need to invest in building a better company culture.

Remote work is not a question of “office vs. no office”. It’s about building an organization that is more efficient and robust (and happens to be location-independent).
